Lumiel Ltd does not operate as an employment agency or recruitment business, and provides these introductory connections on a zero-fee basis solely as a governance advisory convenience. We do not approve, guarantee, or assume liability for the performance, advice, regulatory compliance, or boardroom decisions of any individual introduced through our network. The final appointment, background vetting, and regulatory due diligence of any iNED remain the sole responsibility of the hiring firm.
